Telehandler Refresher Training

The criteria for telehandler refresher course remains the same as previously, the learner must already hold the Unit Standards they are refreshing.

Refresher training is not a legal requirement; however, it is strongly recommended to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Legislation and its industry "good practice" guidelines.

It is generally seen as good work practice that trainees refresh these unit standards every 3 years.  Duration of this course is 4 hours and will cover the unit Standards and a practical exercise to reinforce the trainee's knowledge on Operating a Telehandler correctly.  (The practical exercise can be replaced with our Workplace verifier process - This process is simple; a workplace verifier confirms the competency of the learner performing the tasks being refreshed by completing our Attestation form).
