New Zealand’s Coordinated Incident Management System (CIMS) establishes a framework of consistent principles, in response from one or more agencies or organisations. Incidents range from small to large — simple to complex. ACT Safety has a well-established program for delivery of the Coordinated Incident Management Training (CIMS) refined over many years for high hazard industries. Invited by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) to be a member of the steering group for development and ongoing review of the system. We consider ourselves as front runners when we talk about CIMS - Coordinated Incident Management System Training. Scenarios and maps can be specifically developed for group or on-site customers.
