Working at Heights Refresher Training

The criteria for refresher courses remain the same as previously, the learner must already hold the Unit Standards they are refreshing.  Working at Heights Refresher training is not a legal requirement; however, it is strongly recommended to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Legislation and its industry "good practice" guidelines.

It is generally seen as good work practice to refresh these unit standards every 2 years.  Duration of this course is 4 hours and will cover the unit Standards and a practical exercise to reinforce the trainee's knowledge on working at heights correctly.  (The practical exercise can be replaced with our Workplace verifier process - This process is simple; a workplace verifier confirms the competency of the learner performing the tasks being refreshed by completing our Attestation form).
