Cab-Controlled  Refresher Training

This refresher course will reinforce your working knowledge of crane operations that involve lifting varied regular loads and safely directing cranes during operations. Included are a series of practical exercises. The course also covers any relevant regulations and new developments in the crane industry.

Crane Refresher training is not a legal requirement; however, it is strongly recommended to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Legislation and its industry "good practice" guidelines.

It is generally seen as good work practice that trainees refresh these unit standards every 3 years.  Duration of this course is 4 hours during the refresher course you will go over the unit Standards and a practical exercise to reinforce the trainee's knowledge on Operating a Crane correctly.  (The practical exercise can be replaced with our Workplace verifier process - This process is simple; a workplace verifier confirms the competency of the learner performing the tasks being refreshed by completing our Attestation form).
