The training is a simplified step by step process; there is no requirement for participants to have investigation experience. Expecting leaders and supervisors to know how to carry out effective investigations with no training is setting them up to fail.
Experience has shown this training works well with managers, supervisors and safety representatives from the same organization on the same course.
Trainees receive a course workbook, investigation aids, and certificate of completion.
(Where required unit standards entered onto NZQA framework).
Management receives course competency register; hard and soft copy, trainees entered into database for refresher training.
Duration – 2 days.
ACT Safety is a Private Training Establishment, is authorized and accredited to enter unit standards onto the NZQA framework. After successfully completing our pre-moderated assessments either of the following units can be lodged for individuals (at no additional cost).
